ABOUT RACHEL

Practicing psychotherapy in a non-judgmental way, Rachel Ginsburg, LCSW works in a transparent and collaborative style with her clients. She listens deeply so she and her clients can formulate solutions together. Rachel has trained in dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, two evidence-based treatments, but believes that the relationship between the therapist and client is the most important factor. She looks forward to helping you move forward in your life.

EXPERIENCE
As a therapist in private practice for over seven years and as a DBT and general clinic therapist at WJCS (Westchester Jewish Community Services) for an additional five years, Rachel is experienced in effective treatments to help clients meet their therapeutic goals. Coming from a writing and musical background, she has also assisted clients with creative blocks. Together, Rachel and her clients embark on a journey that guides them to becoming their best selves.
